Cornerstone Law has been instructed on behalf of a developer in connection with its acquisition of a residential development site at Plover Road, Minster on Sea, Sheerness, Kent. The development has permission for up to 95 dwellings, comprising a mixture of two-storey semi-detached, terraced and detached houses. Work on the development will start in early 2023.
