Having canvassed clients’ views, Cornerstone’s approach to providing legal services to commercial real estate clients will be based upon the following key features:

• A focus on core real estate work, including closely-connected work areas such as construction and complementary commercial and corporate services
• Participants who have enjoyed working together for years bringing a more relaxed and informal relationship with clients, whilst working from a solid base of professionalism, commercialism, enthusiasm and compliance.
• A combination of low cost base and an embedded fixed fee culture providing budget certainty and transparency at cost effective levels
• Services delivered wholly or mainly by the lawyers with the relevant client relationship

Cornerstone Law was launched with a determination to achieve excellence for clients where it is sought, in service delivery, rather than where it is often found in traditional firms: in office premises, branding and PR.  We are not looking to replicate or develop into current law firm models: the intention is to change the way clients and lawyers interact in real estate work, and to provide a commercial real estate service that responds to the expectations of the market.
