Cornerstone Law has been appointed by a property investment company in connection with a the sale of a mixed use commercial portfolio for a purchase price in excess of £13 million involving circa 50 occupational tenants.  The instruction involved the population of an online data room and drafting and agreeing the form of portfolio sale agreement and ancillary sale documents as well as undertaking a comprehensive due diligence exercise.
