Cornerstone Law acted on behalf of a developer in connection with a 223 unit residential development at Station Road, Walmer.  The work included the acquisition and refinancing of the site, advising on material variations to the planning permissions to facilitate the scheme being undertaken across several phases, dealing with all necessary infrastructure agreements, and the forward sale of the affordable housing units within the development.
