Cornerstone Law has been instructed by an offshore property trust in connection with the disposal of development land at Dudman Farm, Truro intended for the development of over 200 dwellings.  The sale involved entering a complex conditional contract for sale and overage agreement (together with ancillary deferred security documentation), attending to the release and regrant of existing rights and covenants subjecting the property and acquiring additional land to facilitate a revised development scheme.
