Cornerstone Law has been appointed as development partner for long standing client, Sunningdale House Developments Limited on the proposed regeneration of the seafront at Princes Parade, Hythe, Kent.

The scheme comprises a mixed-use development involving the construction of 150 residential dwellings and up to 1,270sqm of commercial uses including provision for a hotel restaurant/café together with new roads, infrastructure and public amenity areas.
