Cornerstone Law has acted on behalf of a developer in connection with the acquisition, refinancing and onward sale of a residential development site at Dover Road, Walmer comprising up to 85 dwellings.  The instruction included the site acquisition, regearing the planning permissions and planning agreements for the development, charging the site for the purposes of obtaining development funding and the forward sale of the site.
