Cornerstone Law has been appointed as development partner for long standing client, Nelson Group, in respect of its 167-unit residential redevelopment at Sterling Gardens, Newbury.  The development includes the acquisition and refinancing of the site, advising on site remediation, negotiating and agreeing planning agreements (and subsequent variations) and preparing the development for sale.
